Im about to start my bus driver training why do these videos keep coming up 😢😅

Film at start shows two women head butt seat in front enough to cause spinal/head injuries. Second film shows bus backing up after wrong exit taken-NEVER DO THAT- instead continue to next exit to turn back, could be miles. There is no where safer to sit as an impact strike could come from any angle. The drivers need to be vigilant and careful AT ALL TIMES.
